ABOUT THE CRA - COMPLAINT METHOD

HOW THE PUBLIC CAN MAKE A COMPLAINT AGAINST A MEMBER PRACTITIONER

Members of the public as well as member practitioners may submit complaints and/or concerns to the Canadian Reiki Association:

1. By sending an email to the Complaints & Concerns email address, complaints_concerns@reiki.ca.

2. By mailing a letter to the Canadian Reiki Association, PO Box 54570, 7155 Kingsway, Burnaby , BC V5E 4J6.

3. By faxing a letter to the Canadian Reiki Association using fax # 1.866.734.4540

All complaints and/or concerns being presented to the Canadian Reiki Association regarding the Association and/or a member practitioner or teacher, must be presented in written form, as per the three methods noted above.

This information is communicated to the public via the Canadian Reiki Association's website on the Contact page.

If a member of the public does not have access to the Internet, therefore does not have access to the above information, he/she may call the Canadian Reiki Association at 1.800.835.7525 or 604.669.9049 and our Secretary will give them the above instructions.

Every CRA Registered Reiki Practitioner Member is issued a numbered membership certificate as well as a numbered membership card.

The CRA Registered Reiki Practitioner Member is instructed to keep their membership card on their person at all times and to present it to a client when working outside of the CRA Registered Reiki Practitioner Member's own office.

The Canadian Reiki Association phone number appears on both the membership card and the membership certificate and this is another way the public has access to phone numbers to enable them to contact the CRA.

The Canadian Reiki Association regularly hosts a monthly meeting for the public and annually participates in National Wellness Shows. At these events, hundreds of CRA brochures are given out and all of the above contact information is on these brochures. This is one more way the general public has access to all of the above contact methods for the CRA.
