CRA MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION / OTHER FORMS

Below are a number of forms required for your application, depending on the type of membership you would like:

APPLICATION PROCEDURE

1. Apply to the Canadian Reiki Association by doing the following:
1. Open the appropriate Membership Application (Practitioner, Teacher, Student or Supportive Member) form and print it off. 
2. Open the Code of Ethics form and the Disciplinary Action form and print it off.
3. If you are applying as a Registered Teacher please make sure to read and sign the Educational Guidelines.
4. If you would like your name listed on the Teachers' or Practitioners' Directory, please open the Application for RP/RT Web Site Listing and print it off.

THEN

• Carefully check the Membership Criteria, especially if you are applying as a Registered Teacher or a Registered Practitioner. (Remember, you require 6 months experience for Registered Practitioner and one year for Reigistered Teacher - please check this carefully).
• Fill out the Membership Application.
• Sign and date the Code of Ethics.
• Sign and date the Disciplinary Action Policy Form.
• Sign and date the Educational Guidelines if you are applying as a Registered Teacher.
• Mail in copies of all Certificates
• If you would like your name listed on the Teachers' or Practitioners' Directory, please fill out the Application for RP/RT Web Site Listing.
• Determine what your membership fee will be.

For Registered Practitioner this is $50
For Registered Teacher this is $100
For Student Member this is $30
For Supportive Member this is $30

• Mail these forms, plus copies of  ALL your Reiki certificates, plus the registration fee to:

• If paying for a service or product online, through PayPal, please go to the store page. Please be advised that there will be a service charge of $5.00.
